Processing time
Most items are ready to ship, however some items are made to order. Typically an order ships out in 3-5 business days
Customs and import taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations Just contact me within: 7 days of delivery Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale
  • Used product
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Item must be in its original packaging. 
Are your items cruelty free?
Yes! I test on myself, and friends (he he!).
How do I know if I'll like a product?
I've done my best to collect honest reviews from customers, however I know how hard it can be to shop for yourself online. If you ever don't like a product, holler at me! I'm happy to offer some solutions - whether it is a store credit or refund. 
Allergy Notice
Though I take great care in making sure each item is made from the best ingredients, they are not hypoallergenic. Products can contain ingredients & fragrance oils that can trigger allergic reactions. All ingredients are listed for this reason. If allergy or rash occurs, please discontinue use and consult a physician. Whipped Up Wonderful is not responsible for any allergic reaction.
Water quality
Due to differences in water quality all over the world, I cannot guarantee that my bubble bars will work all the time. Different mineral contents and water treatment facilities create different qualities of water that may inhibit the bubble production in my bubble bars.
Color Differences
Due to variation in screen calibrations and monitor differences, and the handmade nature of my items, colors may vary slightly from the picture. All ingredients are the same.
Do you offer Wholesale?  Yes! Contact me with your Tax ID number. After you create your free account on my site, I'll mark you for wholesale, where you can see my wholesale collection. 
Can I come by to pick up my order? Local pick up is only offered for Wholesale Clients on an approved basis. 
Can I shop your store? No. I don't have a storefront, and the workshop is just that. Open only to wholesale customers. 
Privacy I take your privacy very seriously. Here are some steps I've taken.  I do not automatically enroll you in any marketing. If you find yourself on one of my emails and cannot find out how to unsubscribe, please contact me and I'll take care of you. I only collect the information I need to send you the items that you order. This information is saved on your customer account. If you wish for this information to be deleted, just contact me. Shopify has made it easy with a little "delete customer information" button. After I hit this button, it's only a matter of time for your data to be removed. If there is any sort of data breach, I will contact you immediately.   
Personal information I collect: I only collect your name, address, and email address. 

Legal stuff
Information is collected only as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;
if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Third Parties
Shopify. I share information with Shopify as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under their policies. 
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

Data retention
I only keep your information as long as it takes to fulfill your order. I also keep this information as needed for legal and tax purposes. Typically for a span of 7 years. 

Transferring information outside the EU
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Your Rights

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:

Access You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
